Yes! Stainless steel jewellery and sterling silver compliment each other perfectly. The two metals have very similar finishes especially when polished. Stainless steel is waterproof so you can wear it in the shower and while swimming but you should check if your silver jewellery can get wet as sterling silver typically will oxidise over time requiring polishing.
