Refunds/ Returns

We offer a 30 day exchange or refund guarantee. This 30 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any returns. You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns.

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Items must be unworn (apart from trying on).
All tags, clips, and packaging must be included
Include a note with your order number and the size/ exchange/ refund you are requesting
Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.


Size swap/Exchange

You may exchange your purchase within 30 days of the items arriving. We understand that occasionally customers may select the wrong size, we put as much information in the product description as well as reference the pictured model’s sizing and encourage customers to measure their neck/ wrist or ring size prior to ordering. If you want to ask about the best sizing you can also reach out to the designer Dan on email dan@statementcollective.com or DM our instagram. Please note all items must be unworn with original packaging in order to receive an exchange.

You will need to pay for the shipping of the new item to you. Once the return package is received and cleared we will pack your exchange and contact you to arrange payment of your preferred shipping method.

Refunds

You can return your item(s) for a refund. Please note all items must be unworn with original packaging in order to receive an exchange. Once the package has been received it will be processed for a refund. Note we do not refund shipping costs, the cost of the item will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee.


Buy one get one free offers- Both items must be returned for a full refund or a 50% refund will be applied less a 10% restocking fee.

Faulty/ damaged items

In the event you have received a faulty item, please contact orders@statementcollective.com within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:

Your order number
Which item is damaged
A description of the problem
Photographic evidence
