Extra Small- Small is 30cm/ 12 inch at it's smallest point and adjustable up to 40cm/ 16 inch with the extra chain link.
Medium- Large is 40cm/ 16 inch at it's smallest point and adjustable up to 50cm/ 20 inch with the extra chain link.

Chains Sizing Guide
Chains start at choker length and go up to long hanging chains. For chokers we recommend a size no smaller than 1-2 inches bigger than your neck size so there is some room for movement and it is not too tight.
